Our turn-around time is 2 weeks (unless irresistible factors). Database search (protein identification and quantification, with basic analysis) and data storage is free of charge. Customers will own all raw files and have all result tables delivered via cloud storage. With open source software (Maxquant, DiaNN and Persues), users will be able to reproduce all results by themselves.

We periodically offer training courses on proteomics sample preparation and data analysis. Interested participants are welcome to register. A class will typically be scheduled once we have 5 to 10 registrants
