Digestion with other enzymes, like GluC, Chymotrypsin, ArgC and LysC, has the same price as trypsin digestion.
Customers may customize their packages and modify parameters such as gradient length, number of fractions, and the MS platform to accommodate their budgets. Prices will be adjusted based on the item prices above.
All result (including the raw files and search results) will be delivered via shared cloud link. Custoerms are supposed to download all files and keep them for future publication.
Turn around time is usually two weeks, unless uncontrollable factors (e.g. power down, or instrument failure) or large sample quantity demands.
The results are direct output from Maxquant or DIA-NN, with both detailed identification and quantification information. Users are encouraged to use Perseus for downstream analysis.
