Event Details

Accessing appropriate care, unique to the individual needs of the person living with neurodegenerative disease, can be a difficult task if someone is not familiar with navigating the health care system.

This task can be even more daunting for people in underserved populations. Our upcoming event aims to help people living with neurodegenerative conditions, from all walks of life, access the care they need.

Our line-up of accomplished and knowledgeable speakers will outline what is available in our community and how to navigate the system. Attendees will also be able to browse our booths and liaise one-on-one with community organizations. We look forward to welcoming you to this exciting event!

Join Us to:

  • Learn how to navigate the health care system if you are someone living with a neurodegenerative condition or a care partner.
  • Hear from experts who will outline what services are available in our community and how to navigate the system.
  • Connect one-on-one with community organizations who can offer resources, solutions and guidance.
