Coming by Air

You can reach Ottawa by flying to Macdonald–Cartier International Airport (YOW).

Air Canada is the Official Canadian Airline of We Robot 2020 and offers a special 10% discount to We Robot attendees travelling to Ottawa in April 2020.

In order to take advantage of the discounted fares, attendees must book their flight at aircanada.com and enter the applicable Promotion Code in the search panel (or ask their travel agent to provide this discount code to Air Canada).

The eligible travel period begins Wednesday, March 25, 2020 and ends Saturday, April 11, 2020. No discount will apply to Tango bookings for travel within Canada or between Canada and the U.S. For International travel (destinations outside North America), discounts apply to all fares including Tango.

Coming by Train

You can reach Ottawa by train with Via Rail and arriving at Ottawa Tremblay Road Train Station.

All members of Canadians universities, can use the CAUBO discount of 12,5% on each ticket for up to 3 additional tickets for people travelling with you.

In order to take advantage of the discounted fares, use the CAUBO discount code 710810 when booking your ticket on ViaRail.ca.

Coming by Car

Paid parking is available on a first come, first serve basis in the Brooks Garage or the Desmarais Garage for the whole day. Be sure to park your car in the designated visitor parking area and remember your parking space number for payment at the payment kiosk.
