Our new JEM-1400Plus TEM (120 kv) features high resolution/high contrast imaging, 3D electron tomography and montaging. It is also “Cryo-ready” for future investments. This particular microscope is equipped with a top-of-the-line 16MP digital camera (GATAN One View). Brightness is ensured by a Lab6 filament as emission source. There are only 6 similar machines in Canada.  Take advantage of this unique resource to bring a new dimension to your research!
