Diversity Calendar
The Diversity Calendar supports learning, awareness, and reflection by identifying significant local, national, and international dates. It recognizes the histories, contributions, and rights of the communities that shape our campus.
Commonly-recognized religious holidays 2026–2027
By showcasing a wide range of religious and cultural observances alongside important commemorative dates, the calendar encourages ongoing recognition and meaningful celebration of diversity throughout the year. It also supports inclusive planning by drawing attention to dates that may fall outside statutory holidays or University closures, helping to ensure they are not unintentionally overlooked.
Teams are encouraged to reference this resource when planning major events, conferences, meetings, or other collective activities, particularly those that are high profile, large in scale, or occur once per term or annually.
Any student who requires an accommodation based on their religious observance must request one by following the procedure outlined in Academic Regulation A-5.
