Before you can receive your degree, there are a few things to keep in mind.

Registration and details

Whether you are an undergraduate, Master's or PhD student, or you will not be attending Convocation, find out all you need to know about your convocation ceremony.

Schedule and guest tickets

Convocation is a unique event, a time to celebrate with those who have helped you reach your goals — family, friends and members of the uOttawa community. All persons, including children, must have a ticket.

Rental of gowns and hoods

All candidates must wear academic gowns and hoods for the convocation ceremony. The academic regalia of all University of Ottawa degree programs include a specific gown and hood for each degree.
