The Intermediate and Senior Piano Program offers motivated pianists an immersive, pre-college experience within a university setting. Designed to challenge and inspire pianists focusing on the development of solo performance, ensemble playing, and musicianship ranging from Intermediate (Conservatory level 3+) to Senior (Conservatory level Grade 5+)

Throughout the week, students will participate in a curriculum that includes solo performance coaching, duo or trio performance, large ensemble, and a creative workshop. Instruction takes place in the Perez Building, with access to university facilities that support focused study and artistic growth. Each session culminates in a formal student performance concert held in Tabaret Hall or Freimann Hall.

This program is ideal for students interested in advancing their piano skills beyond solo performance during the summer months, and seeking exposure to the expectations and practices of a pre-university level music program.

Applicants must be currently studying piano privately. For questions regarding appropriate placement or repertoire level, prospective students are encouraged to contact the program administrators.
