Preceptorship 201 is an advanced program designed for clinicians who want to deepen their skills in clinical teaching and supervision.
Delivered over ten virtual sessions, the program explores key topics such as adult learning, feedback, clinical reasoning, questioning strategies, assessment, learners in difficulty, remediation, and the integration of artificial intelligence into clinical teaching.
Learning objectives
By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
- strengthen their clinical teaching and supervision strategies;
- adapt their approach to the needs of different learners;
- use feedback, coaching and questioning more effectively;
- better identify and support learners who are experiencing difficulty;
- enhance their assessment and remediation practices.
