Merit Scholar Competency Award: This award is presented to the students who achieved the highest standing in their year, listed by year and stream.
Scholar Competency Award - Second-highest standing: This award is presented to the students who achieved the second-highest standing in their year, listed by year and stream.
Scholar Competency Award - Third-highest standing: This award is presented to the student who achieved the third-highest standing in their year, listed by year and stream.
Award in Education for Health Advocate Competency: This award is presented to a student in each stream who displayed an exceptional degree of compassion towards patients.
Award in Education for Health Advocate Competency in Indigenous Health: This award is presented to a student in each stream who has significantly contributed to and enhanced Indigenous health through various activities at the Faculty of Medicine and/or out in the community.
Award in Education for Collaborator Competency: This award is presented to a student in each stream who demonstrated a high level of collaboration in their interactions with peers and members of the faculty and administrative team.

Clinician Competency Award: This award is presented to a student in each stream who demonstrates outstanding clinical performance in different fields, listed by stream.
Educator Award for Health Advocate Competency: This award is presented to a faculty member who, in their teaching, has displayed an exceptional degree of compassion towards patients.
Educator Award for Collaborator Competency: This award is presented to a faculty member who, in teaching, demonstrated a high level of collaboration with peers, students, and administrative team members.
Educator Award for Communicator Competency: This award is presented to a faculty member who, in teaching, communicates clearly and effectively even in the face of adversity.
Educator Award for Person Competency: This award is presented to a faculty member who, in teaching, promotes the health and well-being of physicians and physicians in training.
Educator Award for Manager Competency: This award is presented to a faculty member who, in teaching, demonstrated a high level of leadership.
Educator Award for Professional Competency: This award is presented to a faculty member teaching in the anglophone and francophone stream who has demonstrated a high level of professionalism.
Best ePortfolio Coach of The Year Award: This award is presented to a coach in the Portfolio on Core Competency Program (ePortfolio) in each stream who has completed the four years of the program, who has demonstrated excellent attainment of the coach competencies and who has consistently received exceptional evaluations from the students in their group.
Physicians' Skills Development Award: This award is presented to a standardized patient in each stream for their participation and dedication to medical education.
Award in Education for Collaborator Competency: Awarded to a trainee who demonstrates a high level of collaboration in their interactions with peers and members of the faculty, the inter-professional health care team, and the administrative team
Award in Education for Scholar Competency: Awarded to a trainee who demonstrates a continued commitment to the advancement and transmission of medical learning and knowledge
Award in Education for Health Advocate Competency: Awarded to a trainee who uses their expertise and influence to advance the health and well-being of individual patients, communities, and populations
Award in Education for Leader Competency: Awarded to a trainee who demonstrates a high level of leadership in decision making and problems solving within the realm of health care
Award in Education for Communicator Competency: Awarded to a trainee who displays excellent communication skills during patient interactions and includes other medical professionals in developing and communicating health care plans

Best Doctoral Thesis Award: Awarded to the student who has written the most outstanding PhD thesis within their graduate program at the Faculty of Medicine.
Award of Excellence in Translational and Molecular Medicine: Awarded to a student in the TMM program who as successfully completed TMM3009 and demonstrated academic excellence through their overall average and research capabilities; the student must have also demonstrated involvement in extracurricular activities related to TMM as well as the Faculty of Medicine.
Award of Excellence in Graduate Studies: Awarded to PhD and Master’s students who have demonstrated academic excellence through their overall average and research capabilities, as well as demonstrated involvement in extracurricular activities related to the Faculty of Medicine or in the community.
Award of Excellence for Postdoctoral Studies:This award acknowledges the important contributions that postdoctoral fellows make to the Faculty of Medicine and recognizes research excellence demonstrated at this career stage.
Excellence in Education Award: Awarded to a Master's student who has demonstrated excellence in their teaching at the Faculty of Medicine.
Leadership Award: In recognition of the time, effort, and commitment shown in representing graduate students of the Faculty of Medicine.
Leadership Award in Anatomical Sciences: In recognition of the time, effort, and dedication demonstrated through leadership and involvement in extracurricular activities related to the Anatomical Sciences program and the Faculty of Medicine.
Leadership Award / Translational and Molecular Medicine program: In recognition of the time, effort, and dedication demonstrated through leadership and involvement in extracurricular activities related to the TMM program and the Faculty of Medicine
Postdoctoral Fellow Leadership Award
This prize is awarded to a postdoctoral fellow who has made an outstanding contribution to the mentoring of other learners.
Graduate Studies EDI Champion Award: In recognition of graduate students who contribute meaningfully to the Faculty’s goal of creating equity, diversity and inclusion for all, and support underrepresented groups including women, Indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities and visible minorities.
Graduate Studies Mentorship Award
Awarded to a graduate student who has made an outstanding contribution to the mentoring of other graduate students within the Faculty of Medicine and/or to science outreach; the award recognizes the important role played by graduate students in both the training and professional development of their colleagues as well as in the areas of teaching and research.
Graduate Studies Wellness Champion Award
In recognition of a graduate student who has made a meaningful contribution to promoting wellness among learners, in support of the Faculty’s mission.

"The Pharmacist and Access to Medication" Award: Awarded to a student who has distinguished themself in the practice of dispensing (EPA 2) and non-sterile compounding (EPA 3)
"The Pharmacist and Patient-Centered Care" Award
Awarded to a student who has distinguished themself in the practice of therapeutic management (EPA 7) and first line consultation (EPA 5)
"The Pharmacist as an Educator and Health Advocate" Award
Awarded to a student who has excelled in the scientific methodology course (PHM 1516)
Award in academic excellence and cross-disciplinary skills
Awarded to the student with the highest standing (theory component and EPA practical component) in year 1
"Pharmacy Research" Award
Awarded to a student who has participated in innovative research in the field of pharmacy
"Leadership and Professional Integrity" Award
Awarded to a student who has demonstrated a high level of leadership by contributing with integrity and professionalism to their learning environment. Through their responsible attitude and ongoing commitment, they support their peers and help foster a climate of collaboration and patient well-being
"Leadership in Francophonie" Award
Awarded to a student who has demonstrated a high level of leadership by contributing to the health of patients in francophone minority communities and has enhanced it through various activities at the University or in the community (rotation or employment in pharmacy)

"The Pharmacist and Excellence in Sterile Compounding" Award: Awarded to a student who has demonstrated outstanding competence in sterile compounding (EPA 3)
"The Pharmacist and Excellence in Critical Appraisal" Award: Awarded to a student who has excelled in the critical appraisal of literature course (PHM 2517) and demonstrated skills in analyzing and communicating evidence (EPA 12)
"Hospital Pharmacy Excellence" Award: Awarded to a student who has demonstrated exceptional skills in hospital pharmacy practice, including dispensing (EPA 2), medication consultation (EPA 9), therapeutic management (EPA 7) and interprofessional collaboration (EPA 10)
Excellence in Education Award: Awarded to a faculty member who has demonstrated exceptional commitment to teaching and to the development of students' professional and cross-disciplinary skills in the PharmD program
Educator Award – “Collaborator” Competency: Awarded to a faculty member who has demonstrated a strong and sustained commitment to interprofessional collaboration in interactions with colleagues, students and administrative team members
Award for Distinctive Contribution in Continuing Professional Development: Recognizing an early-career medical student, resident or early career physician (first 5 years of practice) whose contributions to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) exemplify leadership in education, innovation and community impact
CPD Excellence Award: Recognizing a faculty member or clinician whose contributions to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) exemplify leadership in education, innovation and community impact
