Code 99 Program
The Code 99 Program is a confidential referral system designed to support residents, fellows and Faculty Members of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ottawa, in finding a family doctor and accessing medical care.
How the Program Works
The process is quick and easy:
- Contact the Wellbeing Program by email at [email protected].
- A designated staff member will collect your basic information.
- A search is conducted within our network of healthcare professionals.
- You will receive the contact information for a family doctor or an appropriate specialist.

We have been seeing an increase in the number of requests from our clients looking for a family doctor. As such, we are actively pursuing efforts to enhance our database.
We are currently seeking physicians across all specialties who are willing to:
