Dr. Slack is the director of the University of Ottawa Brain and Mind Research Institute (uOBMRI), as well as an inspiring professor and researcher with the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Dowlatshahi is the co-lead of the uOBMRI Injury and Regeneration Pillar as well as a senior scientist and stroke neurologist at The Ottawa Hospital, a professor at the University of Ottawa, and the Director of Research of the Ottawa Stroke Program.
