The following important dates and deadlines apply to the entire student population, whether you are studying at the undergraduate, graduate or postdoctoral level.

Dates and deadlines

Dates may vary for certain programs (Education, Common Law, Civil Law, Engineering, Medicine, MBA, Master of Health Administration (MHA), Health Sciences, etc.) and for work terms. Please check with the academic unit concerned and refer to the Co-op website for work-term deadlines. Consult the calendars below to find out more about their important dates and deadlines. This information can change without notice.

Reading week. No classes in programs at the faculties of Arts, Law (except Common Law), Engineering, Medicine (except for the MD program), Health Sciences, Science and Social Sciences and at the Telfer School of Management. Some exceptions may apply at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. CO-OP work terms, research activities for graduate studies and clinical and non-clinical placements are not affected. No exams are held and no assignments are due during Reading Week. No reading week for: Faculty of Education, the English Teacher Education program and the French Formation à l’enseignement program. Classes on Friday, March 26, Good Friday (a statutory holiday), are cancelled. They will take place on Tuesday, April 13, when the usual Friday course schedule will apply. Last day to withdraw from a course or an activity and receive a financial credit if applicable (less administrative fees). A financial credit is applied only if the withdrawal changes your status from full time to part time (including if you withdraw from all your courses). The deadline to receive a reimbursement for the incidental fees associated with a course may be earlier. The withdrawal deadline for a given course may differ depending on the start and end dates. Specific dates are indicated in the My Class Schedule application in uoZone. Withdrawing from a course may affect whether you will meet all your program requirements. Be sure to consider all changes very carefully before going ahead.	January 29, 2027

If you receive a 100% financial credit, your enrolment for the current term will be cancelled. Credit is not applicable if you are submitting a revised thesis. Note that students awaiting written evaluation of their thesis must remain enrolled in UHIP until the end of their program.	January 29
