Building Information

Roger Guindon Hall is a five-storey building plus a basement, which houses the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences, School of Nursing, School of Rehabilitation and the Health Sciences Library. Auditoriums, classrooms, science laboratories, research facilities, office and study spaces are located throughout. Levels 0 and 5 are mainly used for storage, mechanical and electrical spaces.

Multi-Faith Space

Roger Guindon Hall (RGN): Room 2529

At the University of Ottawa, our values of diversity, equity and inclusion are in continuous development to ensure a healthy and happy environment for all students and staff. Inspired by this mission, uO has utilized its resources to enhance the needs of our community in/by creating a new facility on campus.

Located on the second floor of Roger Guindon Hall in room 2529 within the Kidney Research Centre, is the Multi-faith room at RGN is an inclusive and welcoming space for all learners, faculty, and staff located at the Alta Vista campus.

Intended for prayer, contemplation, meditation, reflection, and other spiritual and faith-based practices, the Multi-faith room is accessible during regular business hours on a walk-in basis.
