Overall strategic alignment with the Digital Campus Transformation Plan & with Transformation 2030 objectives will ensure a collective vision for all stakeholders involved. An Enterprise Architecture Governance Framework establishes architecture governance, defines processes, tools and fundamentals artifacts. Our goal is to provide a governance & strategic framework that directs the enterprise towards desired business outcomes & greater collaboration.

EA Roadmap

What EA has in sight is to provide governance and strategic framework that directs our organization towards desired IT business outcomes and enforced collaboration. By maintaining continuous efforts in aligning EA principles with Transformation 2030 objectives, the goal is to move from the current to the future state. How? The desired objectives are the direct results of 4 initiatives still evolving, but we can start measuring the outcome.
