Registration Period: CSL registration period takes place May 4th to May 8th. Students must see the CSL PowerPoint presentation for their course. Course specific registration dates are located in the CSL PowerPoint presentation. Students shall contact their placement supervisor within 24 hours of selecting their placement. Group projects will select a liaison to contact the supervisor.

• May 12th: Students must have contacted their placement supervisor.

• May 13th :  Placement supervisors must have replied to student’s introduction email. If students have not heard from their supervisor, following their initial email or call, they shall contact their placement Specialist /Advisor.

• May 15th : Students proposing their own placement must submit their completed Found Own Form including all necessary documents.

• July 24th : Final date to submit hours on CE Navigator Timesheets.

• July 27th : CP Supervisors must have revised hours and complete evaluations on the CE Navigator. 

Note to students: Please communicate with your supervisor to revise any outstanding hours and to complete the student evaluation in the Community Engagement Navigator. If your supervisor has not completed your evaluation or approved your hours by July 27th, please contact the Community Engagement Team.

Group projects will select a liaison to contact the supervisor.
 

• June 29th :  Students must have contacted their placement supervisor.

• July 2nd  :  Placement supervisors must have replied to student’s introduction email. If students have not heard from their supervisor, following their initial email or call, hey shall contact their placement Specialist /Advisor.

• July 3rd  :   Students proposing their own placement must submit their completed Found Own Form including all necessary documents.

• July 31st Final date to submit hours on CE Navigator Timesheets.

• August 4th : CP Supervisors must have revised hours and complete evaluations on the CE Navigator.

Course specific registration dates are located in the CSL PowerPoint presentation. Students shall contact their placement supervisor within 24 hours of selecting their placement. Group projects will select a liaison to contact the supervisor.
 

• September 24th :  Students must have contacted their placement supervisor.
• September 25th: Placement supervisors must have replied to student’s introduction email. If students have not heard from their supervisor, following their initial email or call, they should contact the Community Engagement Team.
• September 30th : Students proposing their own placement must submit their completed Found Own Form including all necessary documents.
• October 2nd   : Last day to withdraw from the chosen placement and opt for the alternative assignment (if CSL is optional).
• December 9th: Final date to submit hours on CE Navigator Timesheets.
• December 11th: CP Supervisors must have approved hours and completed evaluations for their student volunteers on the Community Engagement Navigator.

Note to students: Please encourage your supervisor to approve any outstanding hours and to complete the student evaluation in the Community Engagement Navigator. If your supervisor has not completed your evaluation or approved your hours by December 11th , please contact the Community Engagement Team.

Registration Period: CSL registration period takes place from January 11th to January 22th. Students can reference the CSL PowerPoint presentation for their course for specific registration instructions and dates and contact their placement supervisor within 24 hours of selecting their placement.

• January 26th  :  Students must have contacted their placement supervisor.
• January 28nd : Placement supervisors must have replied to student’s introduction email. If students have not heard from their supervisor, following their initial email or call, they should contact the Community Engagement Team.
• January 29th  : Final dates for students proposing their own placement to submit a completed Found Own Form including all necessary documents.
• January 29th  : Last day to withdraw from the chosen placement and opt for the alternative assignment with Professor permission (where CSL is optional)
• April 14th : Final date for students to enter their hours in their CE Navigator Timesheet.
• April 16th : CP Supervisors must have approved hours and completed evaluations for their student volunteers on the Community Engagement Navigator.
