• Internet Access: Available in computer labs and campus wireless zones. Use eduroam for campus wifi.
• Software: Get free software including antivirus protection.
• Password Help:

• Printing: Find printing services across campus.
• Computer Access: Morisset Hall offers computers, printers and IT help.

• @uOttawa.ca email: Students get a Microsoft Outlook email account (@uOttawa.ca) that activates within 48 hours after course enrollment.
• First-time Access:
  1. Sign in to uoZone with your uoAccess credentials from your admission email.
  2. Click "Open my @uOttawa.ca email account" in the email section.
