Summer schedule

The Dining Hall welcomes group reservations from May 10 to August 14, 2026. Reservations and payments must be made at least 15 days in advance.

Fall and winter hours

  • Breakfast (6 a.m. to 10 a.m.)
  • Lunch (11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)
  • Dinner (4:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.)

Location: University Centre, level 1 

Visit My Pantry during culinary events, or the World Flavours station if you want to try international meals. If you are looking for vegan and vegetarian options, the Pure station uses 100% plant-based ingredients.

*Due to the nature of our kitchen and service style, we can’t guarantee that cross-contamination won’t occur.

NOTE: Dining hall guests who do NOT have a 5- or 7-day meal plan have a maximum 3-hour access with their door purchase.

Pay at the door 2026-2027

Valid for a single meal period or up to three hours with access to all stations. When entering between meal periods, the rate of the upcoming time slot is applied. Enjoy 50% off for kids 5 and under.

  • Lunch  $20.00 (+ tax)
  • Dinner $21.50 (+ tax)

Employees need to show a valid employee card at the door.

Meal plans

The University of Ottawa offers four types of meal plans available to all students:

  • The 7-day meal plan: Best value, with unlimited access to the Dining Hall.
  • The 5-day meal plan: Unlimited Monday to Friday access to the Dining Hall. Available to all students, and mandatory for students living in six uOttawa residences as listed below.
  • Pay-as-you-go plan: A tax-free declining balance plan that can be used at any food location on campus, including the Dining Hall.
  • Block plan: A declining balance plan that can be used at the Dining Hall.

We wish to provide the University community with a variety of food options. These are the types of food that can be found on campus:
