The Faculty of Education offers an honorarium to associate teachers as a modest recognition of the significant involvement in training new teachers. To receive any current and future honorarium, associate teachers must create a supplier account in the Workday platform.

Please keep the following in mind when creating your Workday account:
- All fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.
- Email: When creating your account, please use your school board email address so we can easily identify you.
- Business name: Although the term “business” is used frequently in Workday, you will need to identify yourself as an individual and use your personal information. Enter your first and last names as they appear on your tax return and banking information. Do not include the name of your school or school board.
- Supplier category: Select Clinical Supervision — Education.
- Supplier type: Select the Individual option that applies to you.
- Payment type: Select Direct Deposit.
- Accepted currencies and default currency: Select CAD (Canadian dollars).
- Mailing address: Enter the address of your personal residence.
- University of Ottawa contact: Indicate Sharon Stanford ([email protected]).
- Commodity type: Select Services.
- Do you have a WSIB certificate and/or insurance certificate: Select No.
