Pilates
Rooted in the classical Pilates repertoire, this class places a strong emphasis on standing Pilates exercises designed to build strength, balance, coordination, posture, and body awareness. While props may occasionally be incorporated to add variety or support the work, the primary challenge comes from using the body itself, working against gravity to create deep, functional strength and stability. Through intentional movement and controlled flow, students can expect a full body practice that is both grounding and energizing, encouraging precision, endurance, and mindful movement.
