This bidisciplinary program allows you to study societies through a critical perspective on gender, power and inequality. You will learn to analyze how social norms, institutions and relations of class, race, gender, sexuality, disability and belonging shape lived experiences and possibilities for social transformation.

You will develop strong skills in critical analysis, qualitative and quantitative research, as well as an understanding of the social dynamics that influence communities, social movements and organizations. This education will help you connect theoretical approaches with real-world realities and better understand the links between individual experiences, social relations and major collective changes.
