Language assessment for APTPUO members

The language assessment for APTPUO members determines a candidate’s proficiency in their second language by evaluating their listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills.

About the test

APTPUO members could be requested by their academic unit to complete a language assessment. 

For such request, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Confirmation that the test request has been approved by your Dean
  • Indicate the language that needs to be evaluated.
  • Indicate if Passive1 or Active2 bilingualism is needed.
  • Indicate if you have any accessibility needs. 

1Passive Bilingualism is the evaluation of listening and reading comprehension in your other official language. 

2Active Bilingualism is the evaluation of listening, reading, writing, and speaking in your other official language.
