The Academic Office team is here to help you progress in your studies. We are motivated to offer the best service to answer your questions and help you get the most out of your university experience.

NOTICE: Due to a major construction project in our offices, the Academic Office team will be working remotely and offering virtual services from July 2 to August 15, 2025. Please note: This service is reserved for students enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at the Faculty of Health Sciences, as well as applicants for graduate programs at the Faculty of Health Sciences. If you are applying to an undergraduate program and you have questions, please contact InfoAdmission.

Our team is ready to answer your questions from Monday to Friday:

June 1 to August 31: 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (closed between noon and 1 p.m.)
September 1 to May 31: 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (closed between noon and 1 p.m.)

Important note: Depending on the topic you’d like to discuss, either you will be invited to join the virtual line for a same-day phone call or in-person visit, or you will have the option to choose between a same-day visit and an appointment at a later date.
