Items of Interest
We are currently planning two different mentoring groups for 2017-2018. One will be for assistant professors and the other for associate professors. In addition, a group will be created for new professors that have arrived between January 2017 and September 2017. If you are interested in any of these groups, please write to us.
- Let your colleagues from other universities know about the Writing in the Company of Others initiative! If you are organizing a conference on campus, why not plan a time for group writing during your conference? You could use the Centre for Academic Leadership’s writing room - we would be pleased to welcome you! Write to us if you are interested.
- Don’t forget to come and write! Writing Days for Keeners will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during the summer months (with some exceptions). Follow the link to register!
- We are currently planning our 2017-2018 academic year. If you have good ideas, do not hesitate to contact us!
- Unless otherwise specified, please note that all our activities are offered in the bilingual format, meaning the presentation will alternate between French and English (note, not everything is repeated in the other language). Handouts provided by the presenters are typically offered in French and English, and participants can interact in the language of their choice.
Our training room is located on the 3rd floor at 30 Stewart, a building that is not accessible to persons with limited mobility. Please advise us of your needs when registering for a workshop so that we can change the venue if needed.
