HotSpot applies a small convenience fee for app usage, but the ability to reclaim unused parking time, even down to the minute, can quickly offset the cost. You may also request a refund of any balance remaining in your e-wallet if you choose to close your account,.
Refunds are available only for e-wallet users and do not apply to those using the Pay & Go feature.
