Document authenticity and academic integrity
Any documentation submitted may be verified to confirm authenticity. The faculty reserves the right to request original documents from students at any time, to enable verification.
Falsification of documents is a serious offence and will trigger a formal investigation of academic misconduct. Such misconduct may result in disciplinary measures, including suspension or expulsion.

(immunization history and serology) - 2-step Tuberculin Skin Test (TST)
Test must only be administered after August 31, 2026, to ensure that results remain valid for the entire placement period.- Proof of a baseline 2-step TST is required (two separate tests, seven to 28 days apart) in addition to a yearly one-step TST.
- If you have a history of a positive TST, you must provide documented proof of the positive TST (date of injection and results in mm) along with the report of a chest x-ray completed after the positive TST and a completed Tuberculosis Signs and Symptoms Self-Declaration form.
- Covid-19 Vaccination
Documented evidence of full vaccination against COVID-19 is required.- A full series consists of 2 or more doses if completed prior to October 2023 or 1 or more doses if completed after October 2023.
Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) - original document with embossed seal or electronic document forwarded from police service
Valid for 12 months. VSC must only be obtained after August 31, 2026, to ensure that it remains valid for the duration of the placement period.
