Experiential learning requirements for Human Kinetics students are based on specific courses. If APA 4211 is part of your program requirements you must fulfill the experiential learning requirements below by their deadline.
It is your responsibility to keep copies of all your documents, as we will NOT provide them. We are also not responsible for providing proof of immunization to other programs, clinical sites or future employers (including after graduation) and cannot help with this.

Coaching, Physical Education, Health Promotion, Recreation and Leisure: - Police Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) - original document with embossed seal or electronic document forwarded from police service

*The seasonal flu vaccine is mandatory for students in clinical placements during the flu season (November to April) to protect vulnerable populations. While this requirement primarily applies to hospital environments, students in other settings during flu season may also need to show proof of seasonal flu vaccination.
