Beware of fraud

The services of an agency are not mandatory to apply at the University of Ottawa. If you use the services of an agency, we recommend that you choose one from our list of approved partners. Make sure you have access to your account information and the e-mail address used for your application at all times.

Check the minimum admission requirements

If you are currently in the classe terminale and you meet the following conditions, we can consider your application for undergraduate studies. You must:

  • Have received or be in the process of receiving your baccalaureate
  • Have passed the prerequisites for the program of study (minimum of 10/20 required). Unless otherwise indicated, you must complete all prerequisites in the classe terminale
  • Have a minimum average of 13/20 and have passed five subjects (including the prerequisites) in the classe terminale (requirements may be higher depending on the program of study you choose).

Space is limited and admission is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to reject applicants even if they meet all admission requirements.

If you are currently studying in a French lycée or studying another recognized curriculum such as the International Baccalaureate, GCE curriculum or an American-patterned curriculum, see our information specific to your situation.

Prepare your required documents

If you are currently in the classe terminale, please submit the following documents in uoZone:
