Our office is located in Room 5074 on the fifth floor of the Vanier building, which is part of the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Social Sciences. This is where you will find the technology & research assistants during normal operating hours, Mon-Fri between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Two waiting rooms are available to welcome participants: VNR 5075 and VNR 5080. For approved researchers, these rooms are available during working hours, evenings, and weekends.
The two elevators and staircases in the Nicholas wing of Vanier hall will give you access to the 5th floor. There is also a walkway connecting to the 5th floor from the adjacent FSS building.

Researchers conducting studies on community members can reserve our parking space (lot K) for their research participants. Researchers can request their parking timeslots through Infinity. Once one of our research assistants approves your request, you can stop by our office (Vanier 5074) during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) to pick up the parking pass for your participant.
