Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)

All faculty, staff, and eligible family members have access to our Employee and Family Assistance Program. In addition, as of May 2, 2022, all faculty, staff, members of the association of retirees, and their eligible family members have access to a suite of virtual health services, such as speedy online access to general practitioners 24/7 and much more!

TELUS Health (formerly LifeWorks), offers services such as:

  • Short-term professional counselling
  • Family support services
  • Legal support services
  • Financial support services
  • Nutritional services
  • Health coaching
  • LIFT suite of fitness offerings
  • Telemedecine
