Included in the National Standard are 13 organizational factors that are elements within the influence of the workplace that can impact the psychological health and safety of employees. We encourage management, staff and faculty to view these videos starting with the one that has the most impact in their work environment. Each video is accompanied by information and a collaborative activity to take action.

Excellence Canada provides a framework that aligns with the requirements of the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace. In doing so, it identifies concrete actions needed to achieve a culture of mental health and wellness.
