You may feel panicked, depressed, or excessively anxious. You are always exhausted, cannot concentrate, and can’t perform your daily tasks.

Struggling
You may feel anxious, angry, sad, and tired. You avoid your daily tasks and your thoughts are usually negative.

Managing
You may feel irritable, impatient, and lower on energy. You tend to get distracted and you socialize less.

Thriving
You may feel calm, confident, and energetic. You are able to bounce back when things don’t go your way and you perform well in your daily tasks.
