NEW ** Graduate mentor **

Our graduate mentor aims to assist Faculty of Arts graduate students, either individually or in groups, by helping them:

• define goals and form good habits needed for personal, professional, and academic success;

• learn techniques to help manage stress and time and overcome writer’s block;

• create learning strategies that assist in retaining course material and structuring an academic paper;

• get acquainted with other uOttawa services and resources that can contribute to success;

• and much more!

Throughout this year, the graduate mentor will also be offering workshops on how to write an abstract and how to prepare for an academic conference.

The graduate mentor holds office hours from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
