Build your own wellness kit

The uOttawa Wellness Kit was created to encourage students to reflect upon different pillars of their own wellness through utilizing uOttawa resources readily available to them, as well as by taking advantage of various personal tools they have access to!

Whether or not you collected a physical wellness kit from us, we encourage you to reflect upon the 7 pillars of wellness and consider which ones you would personally like to strengthen!
