The Peer Wellness Program offers a variety of Wellness themed workshops and events on topics related to harm reduction, physical health, population health, and mental health. These workshops and events are interactive, wellness focused, and designed by students for uOttawa students. They are programmed between September and March, every year.

Trivia: Student wellness edition

Join us and test your knowledge of wellness tips and available wellness resources, and have fun in the process! This interactive, game-based workshop helps you explore topics related to everyday student life: general health and wellness, on- and off-campus health and wellness services, health insurance and healthy habits. Test your knowledge for a chance to win prizes, enjoy free snacks and build skills to support your wellness.

Protein bowl

Build your own power bowl

Join us for a hands-on drop-in workshop where you’ll learn how to create a nutritious bowl in just minutes. You’ll explore simple cooking techniques, build basic meal-planning skills and learn how to assemble balanced bowls using affordable, accessible ingredients. With this know-how, you can create your own power bowls at home with confidence. Whether you’re new to cooking or just looking for fresh meal ideas, this event makes healthy eating simple, affordable, customizable and fun.

This event is vegan- and vegetarian-friendly.
