This five-session in-person therapeutic series supports students in managing stress, anxiety and burnout through guided mindfulness exercises, reflective exercises and meaningful group discussions. You’ll develop tools to build psychological flexibility, reduce mental agitation and reconnect with your personal values in a calm, welcoming space.
Who’s it for? Students seeking to strengthen their stress management skills, improve focus and enhance overall emotional well-being.

- For “What is the main reason for your visit?” select Support Group Registration.
- Select a preferred format for an appointment with an intake officer: in person, by phone or virtual.
- Choose an appointment date and time.
- Meet with the intake officer, who’ll confirm if the group is right for you and complete the registration.
