Please note that all email correspondence from the University of Ottawa is sent to students via their official university e-mail ( It is the student’s responsibility to check his/her university email account on a regular basis.

Making changes to your course selection

If for any reason you need to make changes to the courses you’ve selected, you can return to the Enrol application in uoZone and make changes until the deadline indicated in Important academic dates and deadlines.

NoticeYou can still withdraw from a course after the deadline, but this will affect whether or not you meet your program requirements. To find out more, see the process for withdrawing from a course.

Making changes to your program

During your studies, you can make a request for changes to your program, such as adding a minor, a major or an option (if your program allows it). Find out more about making changes to your undergraduate program.
