The Faculty of Social Sciences is seeking an outstanding student to represent the graduating class at the Spring 2024 Convocation.
The class president has distinguished him or herself through academic achievement, work ethic, and an interesting academic path. In this role, the class president provides a dynamic and inspirational speech at convocation to the graduating class of the Faculty of Social Sciences.
Criteria
- Be a graduate of the Spring 2024 class in a first program in the Faculty of Social Sciences;
- Have an excellent academic record;
- Possess excellent communication skills;
- Involvement in the University of Ottawa and Faculty of Social Sciences community and/or the off-campus community;
- Ability to speak both official languages.
Nomination
- A short description (500 words) of your involvement or volunteer activities in the University of Ottawa and Faculty of Social Sciences community or in the off-campus community;
- Complete the nomination form by April 15
