Meherin Ahmed, BHSc, MPH

Ms. Meherin Ahmed, BHSc, MPH, Research Assistant at the Bruyère Health Research Institute and affiliated to the Department of Family Medicine completed her Master of Public Health at the University of Ottawa. With experience in public health roles at the local, provincial, and federal levels, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the diverse challenges faced within the primary healthcare system. Driven by a commitment to enhancing wellbeing through peer support and equitable access to care, her research interests encompass mental health, health promotion, and public health policy.
