What was your last career change?

I changed positions from Senior Systems Analyst to Manager.  

What made it successful?

The team around me allowed me to grow in this position by providing feedback and guidance.  Another aspect that contributed to this successful change was that I was fully committed and quickly learning from my mistakes.

What was the biggest challenge in adapting to your new role?

I would say getting my hands out of the technical day-to-day operations.

What do you look forward to in your day?

I feel good about seeing the members of my team shine and perform well.

What three items would you bring if you were shipped to a deserted island?

A hammock, Coronas, and limes!
