As part of the annual meeting of the Réseau International des Chaires Senghor de la Francophonie, a scientific conference will be held on Tuesday, October 11 and Wednesday, October 12 at the University of Ottawa and the University of Quebec in Outaouais. It will focus on science in French: challenges, diffusions, collaborations and commitments.

This event will be held in French only.

The Scientific Conference is a collaboration of the Senghor Chair of the University of Ottawa on Health and Development in Sub-Saharan Africa, the Collège des chaires de recherche sur le monde francophone, the Réseau international des chaires Senghor de la Francophonie and the Senghor Chair of the Université du Québec en Outaouais. It receives financial support from the Office of the Vice-President, Research and Innovation and the Office of the Vice-President, International and Francophonie of the University of Ottawa, the Université du Québec en Outaouais and the French Embassy in Canada.
