June 14 a.m. | The morning session will be jointly hosted by the BHI State of the Science Summit, the Canadian Association of Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation, and the Toronto-Ottawa Heart Summit. View the full program and register for the morning session. |
June 14 p.m., June 15 | Please register if you would like to attend the June 14 afternoon session and/or the June 15 session, both of which will be charging a fee to attend. |
