Introduction to Arduino Workshop
Mar 29, 2023 — All day
In this interactive workshop, high school students, will learn how to program an Arduino microcontroller and learn about digital and analog signals, and how to use them as inputs to control outputs (LEDs), students will write code to make a series of lights blink and create different light patterns.

Event details
During this workshop, students will learn how to program an Arduino microcontroller. They will learn about digital and analog signals and how they can be used as inputs to control outputs (LEDs). Students will write code to make a series of lights blink and create different light patterns. Secondly, students will discover Pulse Width Modulation and will use this concept to change the LED brightness level and color. Finally, students will use a potentiometer to control the LEDs and display on their computer the values read by the analog port.
