Math to Power Her Life is designed for Grade 7-10 self-identifying girls and nonbinary people in Ottawa who are drawn to mathematical studies. In a safe, inclusive, and compassionate environment, participants will be exposed to different aspects of mathematics through several interactive workshops run by young women studying mathematics at the University of Ottawa.
Lunch and snacks are provided.
We welcome all nonbinary people if they are comfortable attending, yet the event remains a girl/woman centered space.
