Atif Rashid, MBA, CPA

Mindset Coach and Inspirational Speaker

As a seasoned Mindset Coach and Inspirational Speaker, Atif brings unparalleled value to individuals & organizations seeking transformative change. Drawing from a powerful narrative of triumph over adversity, Atif delivers impactful talks on Personal Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and Mental Health. Atif is a distinguished graduate of Saint Mary’s University, holding both an MBA and CPA. Atif's inspirational journey traces back to his roots in Pakistan, where he navigated a challenging childhood marked by adversity. In 2006, Atif embarked on a life-altering adventure, moving to Canada to pursue his BCom program at Dalhousie University. As an international student, he confronted the daunting task of adapting to a new culture, language, and climate. Atif's life took an unexpected turn when faced with the dual challenges of cancer and amputation. In 2015, a devastating cancer diagnosis in his right leg led to a life-saving amputation above the knee.

Through sharing these struggles, he seeks to break the silence surrounding mental health challenges, workplace discrimination, and the refusal of accommodations, fostering a culture of understanding, compassion, and empowerment.
