Dr. Carmen Rotaru is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Ottawa. She is part of Medical Imaging Department at CHEO and practices Pediatric Diagnostic Imaging and Adult MSK MRI.

Dr. Rotaru has participated in publication of articles in collaboration with the MSK group at the General Hospital, Genetic and ENT departments at CHEO. She is co-author of an Emergency MSK book (pediatric chapter) in collaboration with the Hospital for Sick Kids in Toronto. Dr Rotaru is participating in research regarding clinical application of new technics in the MRI imaging of pediatric traumatic knee and shoulder.
