Biography
Dr. Rousseau completed her Medical Degree in 1990 and her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Ottawa in 1995. She furthered her studies in ultrasound in Strasbourg (France) and Malmo (Sweden). She completed her Simulation Instructor course at the Harvard School of Medicine in 2013 and participates as an instructor in the Obstetrics Postgraduate Program. She has developed an interest in “ Patient Safety through Simulation training” and is actively involved in resident’s teaching thru simulation. Dr. Rousseau’s practice is mainly community based and includes prenatal care, general gynecology and ultrasound. She has joined the team of obstetricians/gynecologist reading ultrasounds at the “Women’s Ultrasound Clinic”.
