Biography

Dr. Locke completed his undergraduate training at Western University in Medical Biophysics and his MD at McMaster University. He then went on to complete his residency in Radiation Oncology at the University of Toronto followed by a clinical fellowship in Stereotactic GU and CNS Radiation Oncology here at the University of Ottawa. He is presently completing a Masters degree in Health Professions Education at the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands. His academic and clinical interests include medical education with a focus on assessment tools used in residency programs and economic evaluations of cancer treatments. He has been a board member and heavily involved with both the Professional Association of Residents of Ontario (PARO) and Resident Doctors of Canada (RDOC) throughout his residency. Outside of medicine, he is a collector of bicycles that he sometimes rides and an avid hiker.
