Faculty Development Program seminar series: "Professionalism Boundaries: Recognizing the Red Line"

The Centre for Innovation in Medical Education (CiMED) invites faculty members to participate in this refreshed Faculty Development series, starting in the fall of 2025. These sessions, previously offered by the Office of Continuing Professional Development, will now be presented by CiMED.

Limits of Professionalism: Recognize, Prevent, and Intervene

Join Dr. Anna Byszewski, associate dean of the Office of Professionalism, and Dr. Sudhir Sundaresan, vice-dean of Faculty Affairs, for a discussion on "Professionalism Boundaries: Recognizing the Red Line."

This first session will cover strategies to prevent and address situations where professional boundaries are crossed in the learning environment, as well as when and how to report them, and the steps that follow a report.
