The GAD-7 Choir presents their spring concert
Funding for the choir is provided through a DFM grant that Dr. Tanner won at the 2023 DFM Dragons’ Den competition via her winning Community Wellness Pitch, Singing for the Soul. She started the choir doing GAD7 anxiety questionnaires to measure anxiety levels of members pre- and post-choir practice, and the evidence was sound: making music together decreases anxiety—and the name stuck.

The GAD7s are also welcoming new voices for their upcoming season starting in September 2024, and everyone is welcome. If interested, contact Erika at [email protected] or look for posters later this summer.
